We provide monthly bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, payroll tax preparation and financial statements, as well as business management, accounting and tax advice, all for a single monthly retainer. No minimum time charges or clocks to watch, just call when you have questions. Your reports arrive on a monthly basis to help you manage your business more effectively. These services are also available on a quarterly basis if your business volume dictates.

Outsourcing
Clients on our weekly on-site service enjoy the ability to out source their accounting functions and eliminate the concern that keeping the records up-to-date and correct entail. They also appreciate that they can pass vendor and client inquires on to their "accounting department" who are available on-site on a specific day of the week.

Service Payroll
Our full service payroll clients simply transmit time sheet information to us and they receive employee checks, direct deposit and assistance as needed with payroll and tax deposits. We then review the quarterly records and prepare their tax returns for both state and federal .
Tax
Services
Our tax services provide both advice and return preparation for businesses and individuals. We can prepare Income Tax, Payroll Tax and Sales Tax returns to eliminate your worries about compliance with taxing authorities. In addition, we will represent you before those same taxing authorities if the need ever arises. By generally limiting our tax processing to our on- going clients and their employees, we are available to you when you need us.

Software
We have long been associated with Intuit and their line of personal financial software. Since 1997 we have been participating in their Professional Advisor program and have been part of their Certified Professional Advisor program since its inception in 1999.
We also have experience with Peachtree Accounting, MYOB, Simply Accounting and a number of larger accounting software packages.
